As we go into August, we are seeing only slight changes numericaly. The inventory of unsold single family homes in the area (10 cities surrounding Upland) is still hovering around 4 months with only fractional increases. Listings, pending sales and the number of sold properties have all declined this month. Given this information, it is not surprising that homes are on the market almost 5 more days before closing (79.1 days).
