Changed criteria three times due to changing family needs.
Lost one to heavy competition ( that one is now back on market)... No thanks.
Untold number of calls and e-mails.
Constant education of First time buyer.
Now in Escrow on a Short Sale.
Possible transaction problems on horizon at seller's end.
Schedules tight.
Holding some hands... want to slap others.
There is so much more to do.
My job? Certainly.
