Wow! Were Your Areas Closings up 30%?
Closed transactions were UP 30.1% in the ten cities that I watch in the Inland Empire of Southern California. While that was a phenomenal increase, all is not rosy. Inventory fell to just 4.0 months from 5.3 months. Active listings fell 1.3% and the average selling price was up 3.4%. Surprising to me was the increase in the share of transactions in the "Standard" category.... 42.6%
