Getting Serious About Short Sales - C.A.R. Specialized Web Site.
This morning, I received an e.mail from the California Association of REALTOR(R)S announcing a dedicated web site for Short Sale information. For both consumers and real estate professionals, the site is a wealth of information. Definitions, explanations and links to several of the nations largest lending organizations where each has valuable information about their own company processes.
I could not visit every link provided due to very heavy user traffic, but this is a highly recommended resource for those upsidedown homeowners that need to sell their homes, and for REALTOR(R)S wanting updates. The site link is : C.A.R. Short Sale Website.
